Australia orders under $150 will be flat rate $9.00 for Regular Post and $12 for Express Post. Shipping will be free for orders over $150.
New Zealand orders under $150 will be flat rate $20 and discounted to $10 for orders over $150.
United States orders under $150 will be flat rate $25 and discounted to $15 for orders over $150.
Rest of the world orders under $150 will be flat rate $30 and discounted to $15 for orders over $150.
All parcels are sent trackable, please refer to Australia Post website for shipping transit times and to check tracking details.
How long before I receive my order?
We will dispatch all ready to ship item within 2-3 business days.
Items that are not ready to ship will be specified in the description section of the listing, specifying the lead time before the item will be ready to be dispatched.
If one or more of the items in your order is NOT a ready to ship item, then the entire order will be held back until that item is ready. If you DO NOT want your ready to ship items to be held back please place separate orders.
Regular shipping within Australia takes 3-7 Business days.
Express shipping within Australia takes 1-2 Business days.
International shipping varies between 10-20 Business days depending on how long the item is held at customs.
Can I combine shipping if I ordered separately?
Yes, please contact us via email@example.com with your order numbers and we will refund any extra shipping costs you have paid. If you DO NOT contact us than your orders will be sent separately, just because they are going to the same address does not mean they will be sent together.
Do you offer free pickup?
We currently don't offer pick-ups as we don't have a brick and mortar store just yet. However we do attend many major design markets in Sydney and Melbourne. Feel free to contact us via Facebook, Instagram and via email to organise a pick-up at an event. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We will not be responsible for any orders lost or delivered to the wrong person if you have entered incomplete or wrong shipping details. Please double check the shipping address, if by chance you have written the wrong address please contact us within immediately after placing order (1 hour limit). If you do not make contact with us within the 1st hour and your order has been shipped we will not take responsibility for its loss.
